First Choice Solutions ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to gofcsolutions.com and the services we deliver to participants and their teams.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Contact form submissions — first name, last name, email, optional phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We also log the page you submitted from and your browser's user-agent string for diagnostic purposes.
- Newsletter subscriptions — your email address and which form you subscribed from.
- Data-subject requests — the email you used to make the request, optional name, and a description of what you're asking for. Required to verify your identity and respond.
- Admin accounts — for staff using the admin area: email and authentication credentials managed by Supabase.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or tracking. We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses only strictly necessary storage. No tracking cookies are set.
- Authentication cookies — set by Supabase only when a staff member signs in to the admin area. Not set for public visitors.

4. Why we use your data and our lawful basis

5. How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: up to 24 months, then automatically deleted.
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Once unsubscribed, your record is fully deleted within 30 days.
- Data-subject request records: kept for 12 months after fulfillment as evidence we responded, then deleted.
- Admin accounts: kept while the person is on staff; deleted on offboarding.
6. Who else processes your data
We use a small number of vendors to run this site. Each is bound by a data processing agreement. None of them sell your data.
- Supabase Inc. — database, authentication, file storage. Data may be processed in the United States. See supabase.com/privacy.
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting and serverless execution. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Resend Inc. (when active) — transactional email and newsletter delivery. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
7. International transfers
We are based in California, United States. If you contact us from the EU/EEA or the UK, your data is transferred to and stored in the United States. Our processors (above) provide equivalent safeguards through their Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms.
8. Your rights
Under GDPR (EU/EEA/UK residents)
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — ask us to delete your data.
- Restriction — limit how we use your data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Under CCPA / CPRA (California residents)
- Right to know what personal information we have collected, used, disclosed, and the sources/purposes.
- Right to delete personal information we hold about you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information.
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, use our data request form or email info@gofcsolutions.com. We will verify your identity using the email address you provided when the data was collected. We respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA), as required by law.
9. Security
We protect personal data using a combination of administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. These include encryption of data in transit, access controls that limit submissions to authorized administrators using individual accounts, and automated measures that help deter abuse of our public forms. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach materially affects you, we will notify you and the applicable supervisory or regulatory authority within the timeframe required by law. For California residents, we provide notice consistent with California's data breach notification law (California Civil Code §§ 1798.29 and 1798.82); where a breach affects more than 500 California residents, we also submit the required sample notice to the California Attorney General.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults navigating the California Self-Determination Program and their planning teams. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us at info@gofcsolutions.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this notice
If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you by email. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
